Selfish is a small business. We kindly ask you to respect our staff and adhere to our Terms & Conditions that are set in place to protect our business financially and make sure we can continue to provide a wide array of beauty services to our lovely clientele.

By making a booking via phone, email, bselfish.co.uk website, FRESHA bookings system, you agree with our Terms & Conditions.

B Selfish Ltd has a 24h cancelation policy. If you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment you can CALL US on 02070333876 or do so ONLINE via FRESHA. Please note we DO NOT accept bookings or cancelation requests via texts, DM’s, voicemails and contact form enquiries.

If your appointment is changed, canceled or rescheduled with less then 24h notice we reserve the right to require a cancelation fee of 50%.

For cancelations with 1 hour notice or less and “no shows” we reserve the right to charge you a cancelation fee of 100% of the total appointment value.

If you are late for your appointment you will be charged the full price of the services booked, regardless of a shorter or none at all service actually provided.

B Selfish Ltd requires a 50% prepayment for group bookings. Deposits are not refundable if less than 48h notice is given.

B Selfish Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards or staff or clientele.

Dogs and Cats are always welcome.
